By booking a tour with EthioSoul Tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing our services.

Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due before the tour start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure receive a full refund minus administrative fees. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to our cancellation schedule.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.

Liability

EthioSoul Tours acts as an agent for local service providers. We are not liable for delays, accidents, or events beyond our reasonable control.
